I think a world of sharing difficulties, a world of exchanging experiences
would be quite suitable. I thought, let’s say ten years ago, that quotas are
things absolutely out-dated and we shouldn’t look at quotas as part of the
solution for having more women. Now, after years, I think that we might need
for some time kind of public requirement which might go through the quotas
and improve the situation. This is kind of a solidarity fund, a virtual one, to
rebuild the balance in the society. So, yes, I think we need to support women
who are as able and talented as men are, but as the situation is still very
unequal, we need special encouragement
