BASIC PENSIONS IN SENEGAL: WHAT FISCAL COST AND IMPACT ON POVERTY?
Abstract This paper investigates the poverty impact and the fiscal costs of basic pensions in Senegal. Using the most recent Senegalese households' data survey, we construct different scenarios of universal and means-tested basic pension's schemes following levels of generosity.
