How did you create the School of Democratic Leadership, this
Montenegro's School?
This School was born in 2003, and this is the 8th generation. This School
started with the effort of young individuals of Montenegro who were
participating in the Council of Europe's Democratic Leadership program.
Groups of those people decided to create it in Montenegro. In the beginning,
we worked mostly with the youth linked with parties. For 2003, with the first
generation it was decided that the School will be only for youth participants.
After four years, we realized that we could work more seriously with the
youth politicians.
