Could you explain the specificity of the Bosnian School for Democracy?
The situation of the Bosnia and Herzegovina School is a bit different than
the history of some other Schools which is much longer, about 10 years. The
Bosnia and Herzegovina School started 6 or 7 years ago, because originally it
was driven by a local NGO called Centre for the Promotion of the Civil
Society for 2 years; after it was given to another NGO within the Sarajevo
University for another 2 years.
The Council of Europe, I am sure, was satisfied with the work of the
School during that period but I am not sure if the responsible were fully
